Shipping Policy
He Brews make use of a third-party courier. Shipping only takes place within the borders of South Africa. Your order will be processed and provided to the courier within 24 to 72 hours during the working week (Mondays to Fridays). Thereafter we have no control over delivery times or delays but should you not receive your order within the times indicated below per region you can e-mail us:
- Gauteng (Pretoria & Johannesburg):
Within 24 hours on working days and during working hours
- Outside Gauteng (Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth): Within 72 hours on working days and during working hours.
- Remote areas:
Special arrangements may be necessary at special costs e.g. delivery to a Postnet/Pick ’n Pay near you for self-collection by you.
Note: Please ensure that you provide the correct contact details and delivery address when placing the order and please ensure that there will be someone to accept the package on your behalf at the address provided, during working hours.
Pease note: No deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays.
Privacy Policy
- He Brews website sells coffee and other products online. Products are bought and used at the Purchasers’ and or User’s own risk and therefore indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages suffered.
- Private information provided by the Purchaser/ User to place an order through the online facility (personal information, bank details, addresses and telephone numbers) will be kept strictly confidential by the Provider. Only the necessary information to enable delivery of ordered products (name, address and contact number) will be provided to the third-party delivering company.
- The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the Purchaser/ User’s own electronic devices (computer, cellphone or other devices) resulting from a lack of anti-virus software or spyware or other fishing devices that has access to the User’s equipment.
